Job Description

The Pre-Sales Technical team is responsible for providing technical solutions to new & existing our
customers. Primarily engaged in a presales technical consultancy role, prior to designing a solution,
consulting with technical teams about capabilities, and supporting business sales teams on proposal

Key Responsibilities

• Product presentation/demonstration
• Support with technical qualification
• Provide answers to (technical) questions in a Request for Information or a Request for Proposal
• Build custom Demo’s
• Provide first-line technical support for software evaluations.
• Support customer events
• Prepare software order forms for spares
• Monitor accurate and correct delivery of software sold
• Build technical relationship with prospects or existing customers
• Provide any technical input needed for proposals
• Should have problem solving ability, understand knowledge of PCB circuit boards and capable of
handling all kind of servicing
