· Should be confident in generating new leads by own effort and convert them into sale is most important.
· Need to target major B2B/ direct customers/ channel partners to tie up with them for sailing our chemical products in their entire projects.
· Should be able to perform the job without any help and achieve target given by the company.
· Should have good knowledge in negotiation, marketing skills, communication skills and sales strategies skills.
· Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs.
· Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
· Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
· Supervise sales team to ensure sales increase.
· Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
